The Constitution, Europe, External Affairs and Culture Committee looks at policy in relation to the UK’s exit from the EU, constitutional matters, as well as other areas falling within the responsibility of the Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, External Affairs and Culture.

The Committee has a role in overseeing the scrutiny of common frameworks by the Scottish Parliament, as well as other issues related to post-Brexit relations.
