A significant amount of legislation will be required to give effect to the UK’s decision to leave the European Union.
Much of this legislation will be UK wide and dealt with primarily at the UK Parliament. The Scottish Parliament and other devolved legislatures will also be considering legislation required specifically within their own jurisdictions.
