A significant amount of legislation was required during session 5 of the Scottish Parliament to give effect to the UK’s decision to leave the European Union.

Much of this legislation was UK wide and was dealt with primarily at the UK Parliament. The Scottish Parliament and other devolved legislatures also considered legislation required specifically within their own jurisdictions.
